  • Processed foods and unnatural carbohydrates

  • Grains of any type- this means wheat, rice, corn and oats

  • Vegetable oils – all types like canola,  safflower , soy bean, peanut, I can’t believe it’s not butter, Do not cook with veg oil

  • Cook with butter or olive oil- Its very important you throw out any veg oils in your kitchen

Plant Free Medical Doctor: Millions of people are living with constant chronic pain on a daily basis for a variety of reasons, but whatever the reason, it can be debilitating and keep one from participating in basic activities of life.  Some have surgical or medical solutions, and others get lumped into the "I don't know" pile and linger on for years.  Well, what if I told you that your diet plays a larger role in this pain syndrome than we think?  It's true, you can significantly reduce the amount of inflammation in your body, and subsequently the pain you experience, by eliminating foods that cause it in the first place.  If you want to know more, check this episode of on The Plant Free MD Podcast! https://youtu.be/azwpRzpz2Bg  (38 minutes)

What do you eat to reduce inflammation - Eat low carb natural foods which are high in protein. These foods reduce blood sugar, insulin and inflammation in the body.  Keto / low carb meals consist of the following types of food

  • Natural unprocessed Meat

  • Fish

  • Eggs

  • Full fat dairy

  • Above ground vegetables

Summary: Eating real food with less than 50g per day of carbohydrates will reduce insulin resistance, inflammation and may help joint pain. A side effect of this diet is increased satiety which can help with weight loss.
